Ingredients
• 1 1/2 Cup Maria Nestlé® Cookies Made from crumbs
• 1/4 Cup Butter With Salt Melt butter
• 1 La Lechera ® Condensed Milk Can
• 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
• 5 grams Lemon 1 Teaspoon
• 3 Units Egg Yolk
• 3 Pieces Egg White
• 1/4 Cup Sugar
Instructions
• For the base, combine the NESTLÉ® Maria Cookie crumbs with melted butter in a bowl. Place at the base of a mold or individual molds.
• For the filling in a bowl, beat LA LECHERA® Condensed Milk with lemon juice, lemon zest and egg yolks. Place in the mold with NESTLÉ® Maria Cookie base.
• Beat the egg whites with sugar and place the meringue on the filling. In a pre-heated oven at 200º C, place the preparation and bake for 15 minutes. Once ready, let cool and refrigerate a couple of hours before serving.
